Product Overview
Tiger Xan is a biopolymer powder designed to provide maximum solids suspension and hole cleaning. This applies in vertical, highly deviated as well as horizontal directional drilling. It also provides excellent shear thinning properties as well as acting as a very effective mud filtrate viscosifier.
Applications
Tiger Xan can be used to viscosify fresh water and brine-based fluids used in drilling, milling, underreaming, and gravel packing situations. It can be used as a single viscosifying additive in different fluid solutions. Tiger Xan is highly shear thinning which improves bit cleaning and ROP significantly. The fluid will revert to higher viscosities at low shear rates.

Mixing & Dosage
Tiger Xan needs to be mixed as 1 to 2kg per m³ or as needed to obtain the desired viscosity and suspension characteristics.
