Tiger System 1 is a one sack system which provides a complete mud system in a single bag. It provides inhibition, fluid loss control and viscosity which allows the user to drill reactive formations easily. This simple approach makes it easy for rig crews to have a consistent approach to drilling fluid use.
Applications
Tiger System 1 is used to inhibit and stabilize difficult clay and shale zones. It prevents them from swelling and dispersing and additionally exhibits good hole cleaning viscosities. It is the fluid of choice for trouble free drilling.

Mixing & Dosage
Tiger System 1 should be mixed slowly into the circulating system using agitation or a venturi mixer.
- Initial mix – 25kgs/m3
- System maintenance- 5kgs to 15kgs/m3
- Tiger Trol can be added to assist with filtration if required.
