Tiger Kwik Seal is a blend of flake, fibrous and granular designed to plug loss circulation zones in varying conditions.
Applications
Kwik Seal is used to control or eliminate loss circulation in factured, high permeable or unconsolidated zones. There are 3 grinds available which can be used depending on loss circulation conditions.
Coarse grind: Used to seal large fractures and can be pumped through large jets or open pipe.
Medium grind: Used to seal medium to fine fractures and porous zones and can be pumped through most jet bits.
Fine grind: Used in fine fractured zones where seepage loss is a problem.
Advantages
- Forms a strong seal under high and low differential pressures and can stop fluid loss in unconsolidated formations.
- Not easily removed by mud circulation.

Mixing & Dosage
Add 10 to 20kg of Tiger Kwik Seal to 1000 litres of drilling fluid. Tiger Kwik Seal can be added through a hopper or into an agitator.
