Tiger Foam is a biodegradable foaming agent that can be used in various types of drilling applications and used with fresh and brackish water.

Applications

Tiger Foam can be used in a variety of air drilling applications such as air/foam, air-gel/foam, mist drilling and stiff foams.

Mixing & Dosage

Air Drilling – For use as a dust suppressant 0.5 – 1.5 litres per m³ or 0.1 – 0.2% of volume of injected water. Foam Drilling – Added to injection water at a rate of 1.0 to 3.0% to maintain hole stability and increase penetration rate. Stiff Foam Drilling – For unconsolidated formations, large diameter holes and loss circulation zones, a stiff foam can be used. A slurry of Tiger Foam and Tiger Drill can be added in a proportion of;
